You have wandered into Oz, a faraway kingdom ruled by four witches and the king, after being caught up in a terrifying tornado. But you are not welcome. Sentenced to death upon arrival, you are ordered to investigate mysterious ruins along with four murderers on death row and a secretive supervisor of the condemned. Your only choice is to escape the death sentence and discover a way home.

- All in all, OVER REQUIEMZ is a very solid otome game that made me eager to see more of its tormented main cast. Here’s hoping there’s a second game.
- Over Requiemz is a darker otome game that lets you roleplay as the heroine rather than selecting what you think the virtual men want to hear. It’s filled with some satisfying moments as well as packed with heartbreaking and darker turns. I really appreciated some of the narrative choices and found its freeform approach worked well. As long as you know you are getting into a more mature game with dangerous situations, you should have a good time.
- OVER REQUIEMZ delivers a compellingly dark spin on The Wizard of Oz, using its Fact and Dark Routes to explore damaged characters, psychological breakdowns, and relationships pushed to disturbing extremes. Its broader mysteries and restrained romance do not always land as strongly, but excellent character writing, polished presentation, and believable corruption arcs give this otome game a memorable identity.
