- Good game on switch 2 but if you already own these games on any other consoles I wouldn’t recommend because it’s just all the kh games in 1 no difference on the ps or Xbox still though most of these games have aged well
- The best franchise of the World. 10/10 This saga is so magical and unique... Journeying through Disney worlds with Sora and friends is an unforgettable and heartwarming experience. Without a doubt, it is something that cannot be replicated.

What critics said
Praise
- There are tons of reviews of the individual games out there, but the fact that the series is as big as it is says as much as any review probably could. If you have somehow missed out on Kingdom Hearts so far and want to catch up all at once, here you go. It’s tremendous bang for your gaming buck, but be aware that once you get to the later entries in this Nintendo Switch 2 version that you’re going to run into some performance issues. If you’re willing to make that sacrifice to have these games on Switch 2, you won’t be unhappy with what you get here.
- Kingdom Hearts Collection I-III offers an excellent way to experience nearly the entire series on Nintendo Switch 2, delivering strong performance across most of its titles and the considerable appeal of playing these adventures in handheld mode. Although Kingdom Hearts III and Kingdom Hearts 0.2 suffer from some technical issues, the collection remains a fantastic package for both newcomers and longtime fans of the franchise.
- Nomura’s legacy rolls out the red carpet for Nintendo fans, with everything a native Switch 2 release entails: the unmatched appeal of handheld play, the inevitable performance and frame rate scrutiny, and the ultimate runway setting up Kingdom Hearts 4.
Criticism
- I am not one of those gamers who lives and dies with frame rates, as you can see from my previous reviews, so you won’t get much of that here. That being said, I did notice some stutter while playing KH3, but nothing that really ruined my experience and I thought it still played impressively well, both docked and handheld. Ideally, I will finally beat KH3 on this play through and hope to continue my collection when KH4 is released on the NS2. If you’ve never played anything from the Kingdom Hearts series and own a NS2 you should absolutely dip your toe into the KH water. Even if you don’t want to get the whole collection, the set is broken out into three separately available packs that break up the releases and make it a not so expensive initial investment. If you’re a diehard fan like myself and you’d like to have nearly all of the KH games on one console, this is an absolute beast of a collection (but often on sale on Steam if you have that capability as well).
