Creepshow
In collaboration with AMC and Creepshow production company Cartel Entertainment, DreadXP's game will bring the hit series to an interactive format in 2024 across multiple platforms, featuring the twisted talents of several renowned independent video game developers. DreadXP's Creepshow video game will retain the iconic franchise's anthology horror format, consisting of multiple self-contained horror stories that cross gameplay genres and tone. Several independent developers popular in the horror development scene are contributing to Creepshow, including DarkStone Digital (The Mortuary Assistant).

Praise
- After playing Creepshow I’m still not convinced it wanted to be an actual game. Metamorphic Love and The Toll Keeper stories are good enough as narratives, and a lot of gameplay mechanics feel grafted on. Negatives aside, the game understands the tone of the Creepshow franchise and also how to keep its runtime in balance with its ability to deliver engaging player activities. In other words, it doesn’t outstay its welcome or creep around too long. It’s pretty rough around the edges, but fans of Creepshow, horror, and pulpy fiction might enjoy it.
- In spite of it's title and horror like atmosphere, it boasts more dark comedy then it does horror (unless your scared of bugs in which case be aware that the second tale has a lot of bugs in it), so if you're looking for a genuinely comedic game then Creepshow's humour could also be a fun game to enjoy thanks to it's all around funny dialogue. This is helped by the commentary from the Creep, who does speak in this game and I could even say it's a good way to get into the Creepshow franchise itself.
Mixed
- While I would love to see more games from this franchise, Creepshow itself is a fun but flawed first entry. Fun stories and striking visuals carry the show, but awkward animation, boring gameplay, and a disappointing two-story length hold it back. Horror and franchise fans are still likely to enjoy this game, but may be left wanting more, with very little to no replayability to satisfy that hunger.
