Praise
- Despite one of the games being a complete dud, Jackbox Party Pack 12 proves that the team still has it, especially as they're working on other projects. Time will tell if Idol Factions will be as well received as I expect, but even if that prediction falls short, there's still a lot to like here. This year's Party Pack will deliver something for everyone, guaranteeing that it will become a regular stable in your party game lineup.
- I’m sure there will be some people who love all the games I disliked, and just as many people who can’t stand the games I couldn’t get enough of. It’s the kind of mix that has helped the series become such an institution, and it shows that this year’s edition is well worth picking up if you’re fond of Jackbox Party Packs.
- Jackbox Party Pack 12 is a really good party game bundle, and if you've been hoping for some new and genuinely fresh games to drag your mates into, it's definitely going to get the job done. The fact that both Hyperface and Megapals feel actually new is also an accomplishment when we're so many years into the series.
